Changes to the blog:
- Instead of linking to the tag and posts within that tag, both the Constellation Series and the Pagan Blog Project posts now have their own index pages where you can browse titles and go to the blog post directly. They can be found under the 'Series' menu off to the left side
- The quest to clean up my insane amount of labels continues... and I might be getting close to done!
- I have updated the Google festival calendar for the coming month and will add at least another month soon.
- I will also respond to all the replies left on the blog and the Youtube channel today. Sorry! Life has been a little hectic on occasion (read: headache) and your wonderful notes fell through the cracks...
- The Hellenic Terminology Page was updated with the latest terms
- The sacrifice to Kourotrophos, to Hera 'Telkhinia', and Zeus Epoptes at Erchia got linked on the Hellenic Festival Year page
- The last month, the Pagan Blog Project Posts were on: Personal Patronage in Hellenism, Professional 'patronage', Plutarch's Quaestiones Graecae, Quorum votes, and the riddles of oracles
Statistics:
- In this month, the blog hit 75.000 views, not counting the views on PaganSquare
- A little over 7.500 of those happened in the last two months
- The top five most popular posts were: Ancient Hellenic honey cakes (159), Places of worship: caves (136), On the binding of hair (116), PBP: Symbols of Hellenismos (94), and Solstices and calculations: on the Hellenic lunisolar calendar (60)
Anything else?
The Elaion Facebook group, has hit 100 members this month! Also, it cannot have escaped your attention that I
now have a tag on The Wild Hunt! Yes, this is still big news in my world. I would also like to take this opportunity to touch bases with you, my wonderful reader. Is there anything you would like to see more of on the blog? Or less? Do you have certain topics you feel I have been neglecting or questions you think I might be able to answer? I love writing specifically for you guys, so please, let me know!
That is it! Another month passed. I wish you a wonderful Boedromion, and welcome you back to the blog tomorrow, for a post about the sports of the ancient (Olympic) games.
